Yes, and instruct the federal judges to actively remove all known loopholes regarding tax payments for wealthy individuals and corporations as they appear after the case has been decided. This both improves our judiciary system while preventing the wealthy from evading their dues.

Yes, and make it so they can only apply to have their taxes lowered if their overall net worth falters. Even then, as they make up a greater percentage of the country’s wealth than the regular citizen, they are responsible for paying back a greater percentage of the country’s wealth than the regular citizen. This wealth is to fund programs designed to help the poor have the ability to rise to the middle class.
