Yes, but for the ultra-rich only, and lower the income tax for low-income, middle-class, and even upper-middle class.

 @9FHWZN6Liberalfrom Ontario  answered…2yrs2Y

The rich should be forced to pay their taxes IN GENERAL. There are too many policies that benefit wealthier folk that the middle class and poor individuals with never have access to.

Yes for incomes (even combined) over $500,000, raise the minimum income level up to reduce burden on low income families.

 @943PG5Yfrom British Columbia  answered…3yrs3Y

Yes, but only for individuals making +500k a year as anything less is no longer rich due to the cost of living

Yes, but only the ridiculously rich people ; like big corporations owners. Or an alternative could be just paying their workers more

 @8VLFQWZfrom Ontario  answered…4yrs4Y

 @8TKVYXSCommunistfrom British Columbia  answered…4yrs4Y

Yes, and introduce a cap on the total wealth and assets a person or organization can own

 @8Q96VKDfrom British Columbia  answered…4yrs4Y

Raise taxes on the rich in such a way that does not encourage moving of their wealth to other countries (e.g. increase tax on luxury goods as opposed to income)

 @8PZWWGRfrom Ontario  answered…4yrs4Y

Lower taxes depending on what class or how much they make, and to compensate for it raise it for the rich

 @8PKB57Xfrom Newfoundland  answered…4yrs4Y

There needs to be some way that these “rich” can be higher taxed without them finding loopholes to just not pay taxes. EX: charity fraud

If you can afford taxes there should be no reason why you can't pay them but if you cannot pay taxes I believe you should drop them

 @993TYN3Conservativefrom New Brunswick  answered…2yrs2Y

Single tax bracket from 35,000 to 2,000,000 then progressive tax on higher income

Yes, the government must raise income tax rates until a robust, progressive model is achieved while simultaneously eliminating tax loopholes for corporations and the wealthy.
