I believe they should pay more but not significantly. Say, if you make over a certain amount a year than your tax rate might be slightly higher.
sliding scale tax for every bracket. mainly reform spending so that tax relief for all can be achieved

Only subsidize businesses teaching poor people skills and making environmentally friendly decisions. Cut other subsidies and welfare for overall economic freedom.
