Reform to a flat tax, replace the numerous taxes we have with a cleaner system of income and a yearly company charged VAT on all sales, or similar, rather than state independent tax systems which can be confusing and convoluted.

Yes, but they should not screw the rich out of their earnings. Unless they had made their earnings unlawfully.
