It is already covered, and should only be applicable to transgendered persons, not people who decide they don't like gender roles and decide to be non-binary (a choice)

I would advocate repealing all so-called "anti-discrimination" laws and adopt a robust and radical policy to strengthen people's right to freely associate and discriminate for whatever reasons they choose. We have a deficiency of shame in our society, and our tolerance has run amok, and we can't hope to repair our culture with such laws on the book.

Yes but there should be room for opinion and debate especially when it comes to children

 @B2K7BJPLiberalfrom Alberta  answered…3mos3MO

Yes but only to a certain extent. As long as how the person identifies is whitin the same species and does not use neo pronouns

 @B2XG4KGConservativefrom Alberta  answered…2mos2MO

NO, because if a guy can say he's a women and walk into a women's bathroom and grope women then then i don't think that we should allow it

Trans people should be free from discrimination, recieve government support and have access to medical care and resources. A person doesn't choose to be trans so they should be protected from discrimination.

No, all discrimination is wrong, therefore laws should not be made for special interests or minorities.

 @8ZHLXYWfrom Alberta  answered…3yrs3Y

I think all people should be treated with respect and not discriminated against but I do think gender identity is linked with mental health

they're making gender identity too big of an issue when we should be focussing on over stuff. gender identity is important to an extent but is over ruled in some circumstances.

 @8YC2DFNfrom Alberta  answered…3yrs3Y

Yes in the same way hate crimes already are policed. Mis gendering someone by mistake should not be a crime.

 @9C656B3from Alberta  answered…2yrs2Y

No, because gender identity is not a public issue, but a personal issue. Freedom of speech is way more important then someone playing victim to society.

More research needs to go into understanding gender identity. In general, nobody should be descriminated against standards that do not apply to the job. I do not think gender identity is a mental health issue.

 @9C63S73from Alberta  answered…2yrs2Y

What the hell is a Gender Identity? I only know two sexes? Man XY Woman XX

 @92YKHH6from Alberta  answered…3yrs3Y

Nobody should be discriminated for their internal feelings, male-bodied people from birth are males, female-bodied people from birth are females, and intersex people are regarded as the sex they are mostly male or female

 @97RR33Dfrom Alberta  answered…2yrs2Y

i think it could be but it should only be allowed for she, he, they. there are other pronouns being made but i don’t c the point
