No, all discrimination is wrong, therefore laws should not be made for special interests or minorities.

It does not matter what someones gender identity is as long as they receive fair treatment

 @8YFHZQZConservativefrom Nova Scotia  answered…3yrs3Y

Yes, but there should be a recognized list of genders and gender identities to allow proper representation and the means to be able to enforce laws involving them

Yes, but there should be an exception for sports so that people must only be allowed to compete against athletes of the same biological sex as them to ensure fairness in women's sports.

Yes, and the government should protect everybody from discrimination. However, personally I think that there are only two genders that are determined generically and not psychologically .

Yes, it doesn't matter what a person is or thinks they are. We have no right to judge.

This is a mental heath issue. There have only every been (2) genders, what is the point of creating new ones. Every person should have equal rights regardless of the gender.

I believe there are only two genders. But I think that gender identity should be added to the anti-discrimination laws because my beliefs should not affect whether people are being included or not.

No, and businesses should generally be able to operate however they please

 @heatherdvdprincessanswered…3yrs3Y

Yes, except in jobs where gender identity matters. For example, a gay man shouldn't see boys naked in non-medical environments. And if the behavior they choose, rather than simply the orientation they don't get to choose, interferes with their ability to perform all aspects of their job fully, then they can be discriminated against. For example, an openly and clearly gay man working as a server af a restraunt may make customers feel uncomfortable. In this case it is their behavior, not directly their orientation, that can be discriminated against. I think I should be discriminated against for my religion if I choose to say that my religion means I can proselyte freely to unwilling customers.

No, there are only two genders which are genetically not psychologically determined and we should address gender identity as a mental health issue because acting like you can change your gender can mess people up for life.
