Anti-discrimination laws should only be used when there is real ham (fires from jobs, not allowed to rent a house, etc.) instead of protecting feelings

No, how about we are all “human.” Why does it have to be so technical. I think people want more boxes, more confusion to put us in, a larger divide. We need unify, not separating us further and further from each other. Social media has already done that so successfully. People want to feel special, and that they are different and somehow disadvantaged or unique and have a reason to complain, or point the finger at someone. Yes, and the government should protect everybody from discrimination. However, personally I think that there are only two genders that are determined generically and not psychologically .

More research needs to go into understanding gender identity. In general, nobody should be descriminated against standards that do not apply to the job. I do not think gender identity is a mental health issue.
