It depends upon how it is used. Like if they are brutally murdered for being trans then yes but i feel someone would use this law as "someone misgendered me put them in jail"

Yes, however, there should be a distinction between one being confused about another's gender and, discriminating against someone due to their gender.

Anti-discrimination laws are too strict, and run counter to our right to free speech. No speech should be limited, unless it is actively calling for violence, or harm.

It's important that people give others the chance to try and understand different gender identities and not be criminalized for adaptation time
