No, however if the dealers and manufacturers had not done enough background checks and the proper research beforehand that couldve prevented the weapons from getting in the hands of wrong people in the first place, then they should be sued.

NO. We shouldn't be allowed to sue the gun maker because some fool used it in a crime. If this same fool ran me over with a Cadillac, should I be able to sue GM for making the car? Really?

Yes, dealers, but only if it was sold illegally or if dealer knew it was for illegal purposes

Yes, but only dealers because they are selling guns illegally, and putting fire arms in peoples hands that shouldn´t have a fire arm. A fire arm shouldn´t be easy to get.

They should sue the person who inflicted the person with gun violence. You stop the person who started the bomb, not the person who created it in a way.
