Let the constituents decide but not by small populations in the magical areas like how it happens in Quebec and Ontario. Elections across every province should have equal sway power and not have a small area in Ontario that determine the outcome.

It creates a bizarre fixed limit to tenures. If they have outstayed their welcome, that will be reflected in election results.
