Funding should be for essential services, and not cosmetic or gender changing services. The priority should be saving lives, not making you look like what you believe you should be. That will help control costs rather than inflating them.

I think that we should still have health care for the less wealthy, but I think it would also be good for them to have an option to pay a bit to get better treatment instead of everything being even.
