Yes, but the reason for background checks is to make sure they are criminal record-free and doing something while they are here. they need to be doing something to benefit the community.

With the current amount of jobs in Canada, and immigration occurring. We should ensure that we have a healthy balanced immigration to job policy to further reduce unemployment in our country over time or at least get it to a historic all time low.

We should except them but cap off at a limit. Also, ensure that background checks are done as it is a country amidst war.
