I believe we should be stricter on who we let in. And make sure they pass Canadian citizenship tests, English/French tests, and not be handing out money and cars to whoever comes in. They should have to work for what they get just like us.

Yes, but a family member who is able to fight should have to train with the military and then be sent back to fight for their country. The exception would be for single parents.
