Yes, but voter ID laws should be drastically reformed and enforced better, and photo IDs should be available for those who do not have one and make it easier for them to obtain it, especially for minorities and low-income citizens. (unless voter fraud rarely exists)

I'd accept ID requirement for voting, but it doesn't necessarily have to be a "photo ID" like license, proof of where you live or that you are a resident of that county will suffice.

 @8Q736JS from Texas  answered…4yrs4Y

 @4VXDGTFanswered…4yrs4Y

Yes, IF the ID is completely FREE and there are ZERO obstacles for voters to obtain it.

 @4SHZKD6answered…4yrs4Y

No, but I do believe some kind of identification is important. Even if it's a set of verbal identifiers

 @4JS2W3Canswered…3yrs3Y

Yes but free photo ID production should be available at the voting booths.

 @92YHQCV from California  answered…3yrs3Y

Yes, this will prevent voter fraud, even though there is little evidence that voter fraud even exists. However, this will disadvantage those who do not have the resources to obtain one! So the Solution is to automatically register every citizen to vote when they turn 18

 @8MHP3YT from Colorado  answered…4yrs4Y

Although voter fraud prevention is necessary, I have to argue that the stages of voter identification are too complex. Many minorities that could otherwise vote do not have access to the identification necessary. So either make ID easily accessible to everyone or simplify the voter ID process.
