Although voter fraud prevention is necessary, I have to argue that the stages of voter identification are too complex. Many minorities that could otherwise vote do not have access to the identification necessary. So either make ID easily accessible to everyone or simplify the voter ID process.

Yes, but first give everyone a free photo ID when they turn eighteen and automatically register everyone to vote.

Yes, but before making it a requirement the government would first have to implement and distribute relevant federal IDs in such a way that enables poor or minority voters rather than disadvantages them.

Only if they are given a free Voting ID and are automatically registered to vote upon turning 18.
