Yes, but it should be free and easier to obtain for those who do not have one, especially for the marginalized (i.e. minorities and low-income citizens).

I'd accept ID requirement for voting, but it doesn't necessarily have to be a "photo ID" like license, proof of where you live or that you are a resident of that county will suffice.

Yes, but before making it a requirement the government would first have to implement and distribute relevant federal IDs in such a way that enables poor or minority voters rather than disadvantages them.

no, just proof of identification (ss, birth certificate, drivers license, etc)
