Should the federal government increase spending on healthcare?
Yes, and implement a two tier public/private system. And accredit certain foreign universities so more foreign doctors can easily work here.

Should cities open drug “safe havens” where people who are addicted to illegal drugs can use them under the supervision of medical professionals?
No, this is not a solution. Drug abuse should be treated as health issue but simply allowing safe injections doesn’t solve anything.

No, better Reduce regulations and lengthy approval processes, remove hidden taxes for the cost of construction
