Should the penalty for traffic violations depend on the driver’s income?
Make it like Finland where all traffic violations are income based so the rich are dissuaded from driving badly, if someone is killed while drinking and driving…

Should funding for local police departments be redirected to social and community based programs?
Increase budget with far more training for the officers to handle mental health situations, drug addict situations, etc... train them more like European police…
