Investment properties ought to be taxes but if the property is someone's private residence they should not be penalised for owning a home

When there are no other viable options and the drug/vaccine/device has life-saving value. NOT FOR COSMETICS!!!

Should artists be held to the same reporting and disclosure requirements as hedge funds, mutual funds, and public companies when selling their artwork?
depending on the value of the artwork in question. High value transactions should be treated as such, but most artists don't get high value commissions
