Better training. More diversity to reflect community. Physical fitness tests every 5 years. More community policing instead of reactive

Don't charge interest. Offer free schooling for doctors and nurses with 5 year commitment in rural and isolated communities.

Should homeless individuals, that have refused available shelter or housing, be allowed to sleep or encamp on public property?
Yes if we don't provide space for their pet, belongings and intend in moving them out of the area they feel safe in
