Should foreigners be banned from buying homes in Canada for 2 years?
If they are moving to Canada then they should not have to wait if the they are not there should be extra taxes and fees.

Should artists be held to the same reporting and disclosure requirements as hedge funds, mutual funds, and public companies when selling their artwork?
Taxes should be based on overall income period. No one should have to pay less whether it's is art, stocks or employment income.
