Yes, but eliminate contractual occupancy quotas
No private prisons. Look at the United States and how inmates are used as slave labour. Companies only care about profit and they under no circumstances should…

Should the government hire private companies to run prisons?
Yes
The overcrowding of American prisons and lobbying set prisons have in their government. It creates a financial incentive to lock more people up for longer.
