Should Muslim immigrants be banned from entering the country until the government improves its ability to screen out potential terrorists?
Yes, but we should withhold full entry and proceed cautiously if suspected of a terrorist background but on all people not just the Muslim population

Should homeless individuals, that have refused available shelter or housing, be allowed to sleep or encamp on public property?
Yes, and fund more reliable programs so people will be encouraged to seek assistance rather than avoid the system entirely

Should immigrants be required to learn English?
Yes, because Canada is a primarily English speaking country and it would be useful to them and to everyone they interact with to know so/speak English
