Should foreigners be banned from buying homes in Canada for 2 years?
Don't allow foreign purchasing unless they are willing to pay around 20% more for each property, 15% of that going to help locals buy properties.

Should funding for local police departments be redirected to social and community based programs?
Increase social spending, but not by reducing police until the social programs have filled that void.
