Yes, but only if a housing crisis is caused by lack of availability, and not by an surplus of overpriced houses.

Should Canadian aboriginals receive more government funds?
Yes, but as with any independent agency receiving taxpayer funding, they should be willing to provide data as to who is benefitting and how.
