Yes, as long as they went through the process of becoming a citizen.

Should the U.S. accept refugees from Syria?
I again think that Syrian Refugees should be allowed access to the country as long as they undergo strong screenings

Should Muslim immigrants be banned from entering the country until the government improves its ability to screen out potential terrorists?
I don't think we should ban them but I do believe that stronger screening for anybody entering the Country is something we need to consider.
