Should funding for local police departments be redirected to social and community based programs?
It should be half and half. They need their equipment, but also need to have a good relationship with the public.

Should the government enact a stricter immigration policy?
As long as they aren't refugees. If they are fleeing war, crime, or just an unsafe environement. If they are unsafe in other cou ntries, let them in.

Should Muslim immigrants be banned from entering the country until the government improves its ability to screen out potential terrorists?
Extensive background checks, but keep them safe in the country while they're being checked, ubder a watchful eye.
