Should foreigners, currently residing in the United States, have the right to vote?
I would suggest a time limit on how long they’ve been here and possibly only local. Federal after another set amount of time.

Should the government impose a 1% tax on real estate owned by non-residents?
This one is hard. It could cause rent prices to go up. But secondary homes should be taxed more.
