Should funding for local police departments be redirected to social and community based programs?
Not all the funding to the local police should be shut down but split the funding with half the money going to the community and the other half to the police

Should prisoners serving life sentences for first degree murder be eligible for a parole hearing after 15 years?
I would say a little more then 15 years, then slowly try to rehabilitate them back into society as a new and changed person
