the country is in hella debt right now and can barely afford anything as it is so once the gov. gets our debt situation delt with and becomes smarter with money then yes

Yes, but only if funding is left over after spending on Canadian needs (healthcare, mental health, public services etc.) and only to countries that have no human rights violations.
