No, children should not be allowed to make irreversible life decisions
I've met many, many trans people and even 2 detransitioners, and none of them would describe themselves as 'traumatized'
...Unless, of course, some conservative grifter came around and paid them millions to do it.
Regret rate is low and even among those who regret their choices, around half are still pro-trans, they just recognize they made a mistake.
