No, they should receive equal benefits as other citizens - many hard working immigrants have to struggle while they get benefits they don't have to work hard for, many using 'inter-generational trauma' as a justification. Many immigrants who become citizens and are contributing members of society who are actual trauma survivors don't. There is a misuse of a lot of the funds some organizations receive, like Metis Nation who spend on fancy hotels and dinners during their gatherings. Many fund are offered simply based on the fact that they are aboriginal rather than on merit and need. This is not equality.
