only bring in the ones who can contribute to our society, abide by our laws and have a huge criminal screening with the ability to send them back at anytime if they commit a crime or have been founded later they were a criminal in the past. (harsh crimes only) there should also be a process where they are judged to see if they are assimilating into our society or trying to change it into the very place they left.
