Foreign interference in elections is a serious threat to democracy, and the fact that Canada has to worry about U.S. influence—especially from Trump and his supporters—is alarming. We need to stay vigilant against right-wing disinformation and make sure our elections remain fair and free from external manipulation.

Oh please, the real election interference comes from the mainstream media and liberal elites trying to control the narrative—Americans expressing opinions isn’t a threat, it’s free speech.

Maybe if governments didn’t meddle in every aspect of people’s lives, elections wouldn’t be such a high-stakes game for foreign interference in the first place.

Canada needs to stand strong against any outside interference—our elections should be decided by Canadians, not by American politicians or billionaires.
