Provide ways to help communities secure safe and lasting land, such as through direct funding for initiatives like housing projects or social programs, like education assistance (but not for free college or university education). Essentially, the funds should directly benefit the land and the people living within the community, rather than being misallocated or used by those not directly involved in addressing the community’s immediate needs. Right now, there is too much corruption in how the money is allocated.
