Even after I die, you need consent to use any part of my body. Why would a potential future person (you are not legally a person until your born) have more right than an actual person?
If you want to reduce abortions, the answer is education, birth control, free daycare and social support programs after birth. Safe, legal abortion as part of women's healthcare saves lives.
