I do not believe we have the means to increase foreign aid spending at this time as for decreasing this could be plossible if the money that is being taken from the foreign aid is actully put back into the contry and helping with our own issues such as homelessness and hungry as we ourselves have seen a huge increase in use of food banks even when working two jobs. we need to focuse on our own issues before we can properly assist our foreign aids and foreign allies.
