Should government workers be allowed to strike?
No, but establish a labour court to preempt and mediate strikes
Labour courts would be ineffective at giving workers any real negotiable power to government workers, and it strips back as well as remove worker off their bargaining power and basic right to negotiate wages. Labour courts also might cause an even greater conflict of interest than already exists between trhe federal government and its workers, if it is the government that is providing the court.
