Electric cars i presume

They need roads, they need to be build and maintained. And they need place to be stored. Building underground or multiple storage houses for this, neither a good solutions. Having walkable cities and good public transit leads to less spending on cars and infrastructure based on cars, it open more areas for useful jobs and homes.
