Leave it up to the schools and companies. There should be no mandate from the government to require it.

It should be up to the individual, in the event that a discriminatory action took place then punishment should evolve fired from job

No however diversity training needs to not have prejudice or generalization being taught as injustice and prejudice can happen to anyone and is not necessarily predetermined of your physical sexual or spirituality

I don't think it should be entirely banned but it should be up to the institution whether they want to provide the training or not.
