No, at least not until Canadian citizens have access to better school funding, equalization among schools in neighbouring districts, and more affordable quality post-secondary options. It is already too hard for students to find a good school, and get into college/university. We don't need to add foreigners getting a free ride to this list. Canada and Canadians first, then we can help everyone else.
