This question is baiting the responder to show favour for the Taliban, who until recently were counted among our enemy combatants

 @95HFV5Bfrom Ontario  answered…3yrs3Y

They should be treated as any other developing country or country in their position.

 @95GT7Z6from Ontario  answered…3yrs3Y

yes, they should because the civilians of Afghanistan are facing a major crisis. people have lost jobs and their businesses and are facing a major humanitarian crisis because of the collapse of the so-called new government.

No, because the World Bank and IMF are exploitative institutions, instead there should be greater support for domestic Afghan government services.

no, the Taliban government is like dictatorship forced on peole and violating their rights,.

 @93VKG4LPeople’sfrom Ontario  answered…3yrs3Y

No, because the Taliban government stems from a terrorist organization that has ideals and beliefs that disregard human rights and take actions that are too extreme and violent. Does not matter how 'official' they have become.

If all the horrible things I hear about the Taliban are true, then NO !!!

Reputable entities should be in charge of money for food and other kinds of aid for the people of the country. None should be given to the Taliban.

only if the funds are actually managed to aid the country and not used fund arms deals and corruption scandals

 @97BCWQBfrom Ontario  answered…2yrs2Y

Yes, but with very close oversight and specific rules for its use. With severe punishment for breaking said rules.

 @92PQBJWfrom Ontario  answered…3yrs3Y

All the countries that bombed and destroyed that country should be liable. IMF is NATO's loan shark. By making countries liable for the destruction of their targeted countries, might make them reconsider destroying sovereign nations.

No, the US should not only leave the World Bank and the IMF, but declare anyone employed by them outlaws and issue warrants for their arrest and bounties for their capture, dead or alive. In addition, the the US should sanction all member countries.

  @clbcarmananswered…3yrs3Y

Yes. And with no privatization strings attached. And no sanctions! Nobody supports the Taliban, but letting children starve is worse. YouTuber BadEmpanada made a good video about this.

 @48T6V4Vanswered…3yrs3Y

Try to work towards peace with the Taliban and ensure that they respect the Afghan people whilst allowing them to reign. I do not like their policies but I believe their reign can be more beneficial to the Afghans than democracy, as monarchs and authoritarian leaders have worked in other Islamic states.

 @9242PWT from North Carolina  answered…3yrs3Y

Yes, as long as the money goes directly to the people not related to the Taliban. Money given to the Taliban should be limited or completely reduced either way.
