Yes, but add 24-hour suveillance, with power systems running along the entire wall, with good triggering systems identifying people, vehicles, and not animals , they are false alarms- allowing for ICE officials to get there quickly, and images of the people trying to get through being put into police databases across the country, and making the cameras present and protected will alleviate some crossers- perhaps an alarm saying "trespassing, I.C.E on the way!" when someone is identified on the other side of the wall trying to climb it- it would help somewhat, and keep a lot of nasty deadly… Read more
