If the drones are being used to deliver medicine and/or goods to remote communities that are otherwise difficult to reach, why aren't we doing that already. If companies plan on using drones in higher population areas, no as they might interfere with pre-existing air traffic, crash in the middle of a major road or any other number of things. So I believe that until we can develop better drones and drone friendly infrastrcuture (designated routes, landing points, etc.) it is best to only use drones in rural or hard to reach areas.
