It depends on what the money is spent on. The entire budget should be re-examined by a mixed public and private sector board, and funding levels changed based on their recommendations.

No, but the funding provided needs to actually reach the hospitals and people they employ, not get lost in administration and insurance. We desperately need more nurses and better ER response
