Should homeless individuals, that have refused available shelter or housing, be allowed to sleep or encamp on public property?
Depends on why they refused, if they were being threatened then I feel they should be able to sleep somewhere safer

Should people under the age of 18 years old be able to receive gender-transition treatments?
Yes, but only for non-surgical treatments such as puberty blockers and hormone therapy if they are at least 16. You will not need parental permission
