No, but social media companies must be forced to flag any potential fake news and alert users who read it.

Should researchers be allowed to use animals in testing the safety of drugs, vaccines, medical devices, and cosmetics?
No, and human testing should not be incentivized with money in order to discourage the more compromised in society from being taken advantage of.
