Seeing candidates like Sean Orr and Lucy Maloney win shows that voters want real action on housing, affordability, and climate—not just empty promises. The higher turnout gives me hope that more people are ready to engage and push for progressive change at the local level. ABC’s grip on city hall is starting to loosen, and it’s about time. Let’s keep the momentum going into the next election—this is just the beginning.
