Honestly, it's not surprising to see cracks forming in Poilievre’s campaign — his approach has always felt more about stoking division than offering real solutions. As someone who believes in strong public services and reducing inequality, I find his resistance to outside advice pretty concerning. It shows a lack of accountability, which is the last thing we need in leadership. The Trump comparisons aren’t totally off-base either — there's a similar populist tone without much substance behind it. Canadians deserve a government that invests in people, not one caught up in culture wars and political theatre. Hopefully this stumble opens the door for more progressive voices to gain traction.
