Classic example of politicians making big promises and focusing on government "solutions" that just lead to more regulation and less freedom. Instead of letting the free market handle healthcare and community issues, they keep doubling down on inefficient bureaucratic systems. Rustad's got a point about federal healthcare limitations, but honestly, neither of these guys seem interested in reducing government intervention where it counts. Metro Vancouver doesn't need more political grandstanding—it needs less government in the way.
